Golden Lawn Care is a licensed and insured Florida LLC headquartered in Eustis. General liability coverage is in place, and a certificate of insurance naming the association or management company is sent on request. You deal with one contact and receive one invoice.

Common-area irrigation follows the nonresidential days set by the water management district: Tuesday only under the current Phase III order, and never between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
